    I'm skinny yet a bit chubby and I don't really eat much during the day because I tend to turn to hot and cold drinks as well as snacking during the day. Being 4ft 11 in, I'm 48.6 kg which is the average weight for someone my height but I want to achieve 50 kg because I want to give blood and the nurse gave me until July 2023 to get my weight up by then. I struggle to put weight on and I may know that it's how much I'm eating during the day and as I said, it's not a lot and I rely on drinks and snacks. I want to be healthy and build muscles with body structure. What would you recommend?

    I am a 17 year old that has a endomorph body type. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS which has really affected me in every possible way. I've tried literally everything and nothing seems to truly work. My goal is to lose weight and be healthy. Everyday I'am terrified that my body will turn on me and make me insulin resistant causing me to be diabetic. At this point I don't know what to do anymore.

    I know I have an Endomorph body but because I eat what is provided, I opted for intermittent fasting, I feel like counting my calories with itch at my anxiety, so I just avoid eating anything except water, green tea for 16 hours or 14 depends..
    I also try to avoid Junks, even though there's a mart where I work lol..
    I excersise 5 times a day but home workout
    I would go to the gym next year insha Allah
    It's tough but like jimin said if it's difficult right now, think about the results and like every motivational video
    If you quit, you can't win
    I hope everyone out there trying to lose weight is happy with their work in progress, don't wait until you lose weight to be happier, be happy through the process. Fighting 🤗
