You are literally a life saver. I signed up for a 4 week workout plan and my trainer gave me macros to follow and I’ve neverrrrr done macros before! My macro split is 25% protein, 45% carbs and 30% fat for 1700 calories a day. I was stressing out so much on how my to make meals that fit my macros and this vid makes it a whole lot easier 😄
