I've been doing 16:8 IF method for 2 weeks, having 2 huge meals a day and it felt pretty darn good to be honest, but, i will end my vacations pretty soon, and get back to normal work hours, which are from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
So, since the schedule is going to change (and since i am only allowed to eat from 1:30 PM to 2 PM) I am here to as if doing IF with a 14/15 hour fast and 9/10 hour feeding window will "ruin" all the benefits of the 16:8 method…
I usually workout from 6 PM to 8:45 PM (2 hours and 45 minutes workout, including warmup, cardio and stretching) and the 16:8 method was actually being quite nice.

I've lost 20 lbs in two and a half months. I haven't exercised AT ALL. I definitely believe in intermittent fasting now.

Does anyone have any tips on simply eating more without wanting to blow your brains out? I did intermittent fasting before I became a vegan and really enjoyed it. I would often fast for 20 + hours… But when I made the switch to plant based and continued intermittent fasting I lost a lot of weight and muscle… Fast. My weight is stable now, as it's been 2 months being vegan, I really want to get back into intermittent fasting but I'm scared of losing muscle again…and scared of not being able to hit my calories for the day within that window because of feeling overly full for too long. Any advice on eating more?? Lol.

is it rele necessary to do intermittent fasting. as vegan bodybuilding goes I think the athletes should focus on eating as much as possible being that 95 percent of vegan athletes are skinny and shredded
when would you recommend i go to the gym if i do intermittent fasting? let's say i do the 16:8, and i eat between 12-20(12pm-8pm). can i do my workouts on an empty stomach the morning after(let's say 5-6am)? or does that simply depend on person to person? or is it better to go to the gym in the evening around 8-9pm after i've eaten?
