I live in TN close to the KY state line. KY is definitely a food desert. It’s awful, I have family who live there and it’s nearly impossible to eat out with them. KY is the armpit of the US 😂

At 8 min in no, there are reprisssions and if it hurt you it’s your fault and you weren’t strong enough that you were worth not being hurt . Everyone knows the bully is a bully and their karma catches them. You want bullying to continue if you want bullying to be deleted because that hides bullying and bullies from suffering the consequences . And thanks for the vid .

Hey Lovebugs, I love your content and just wanted to thank you for all the cheerful, honest vegan good vibes you are sharing with the world. You had a question about replacing bananas in a smoothie – I had to endeavour into the low fodmap diet due to gut issues and frozen zucchinies worked great for me (with or without skin, cubed before freezing). Not a ton a flavor but kind to our tummies and work great with berries and pinapples for example. Sending love from Hungary

I'm like you Crystal, I have to eat something before I workout or I just don't have the energy for it and I'm male. I think when it comes down to being able to train fasted or not just comes down to each individual. I tried for MONTHS and it felt like I was going backwards with training. Although, as soon as I ate something then trained, what a massive change! Gain-train! hehe

I wish Crystal would do a video on natural birth control which she said on one of your presentations that she does. I'm only just now realizing how dangerous the hormone based birth control are for women and how much money Big Pharma makes marketing them. It's been a women driven project to teach the healthier way, not originating from health providers. Many of us are practicing a vegan lifestyle to avoid Big Pharma and the doctors who are in bed with them. We look to people like you two who are demonstrating how to do it.

There are so many nutritional questions in the chat, so just recommending a couple books "Becoming Vegan" and "Becoming Raw" by Brenda Davis, RD. She is a Canadian registered dietician who is vegan/plant based herself and the books give the scientific information regarding nutrients and ensuring the optimal diet. Highly recommend.
