Did a vegan diet cause my teeth to fall out? Five years ago, I had six teeth pulled. It is true that I was eating a #vegan diet when …

Tim, I'm curious as to how you feel health-wise after you fixed your teeth that had what seems to be chronic infections (abscess) under them? Did you ever do any blood tests before and after of inflammation markers? I had lost a 2nd molar on the bottom right years ago and now the premolar next to it has to go in early October. Two teeth missing in the same area. Both had failed root canals. They had deep fillings from years ago which caused the teeth to die.

Under this premolar tooth, I had the chronic abscess (mostly asymptomatic) for years now, just before covid lockdown actually. I just left and was going to eventually get an implant or retreated, it but I was reminded of it the other week when a big infection started again. Plus, in my blood tests, my C reactive protein (inflammation marker) is quite a bit higher than I'd like at 3 mg/L… Not acceptable at all. This was before the flare up, and I believe most likely stemming from the tooth infection (as research suggests it can increase inflammatory markers).

Implants are expensive, but I think health is important and I'm just gonna get it over with and get the tooth out. This will be my 4th tooth that I've lost, and unfortunately most of this was due to neglect when I was much younger. And perhaps a year or so of not adequately brushing when I started to work from home around 2015. It just messed up my routine totally. It feels really dumb to not have paid better attention, but I do now.

You're brave for sharing your story. Thank you! It was really helpful for me to watch these videos.

Hey you look great. People are so worried about being skinny but In my opinion it’s very natural. Way more fun being thin and fit than otherwise.
I also had a lot of problems with my teeth and I did raw for many years. I had bad genes, bad hygiene, ate fruit constantly throughout the day without a break, never went to the dentist…a lot of people have terrible teeth. Not just vegans. Ask a implantologist what percentage of his patients eat raw or vegan…

Maybe it's due to one person's vegan diet not equalling another's? Some will eat crackers, sugars and carbs all day. Somebody else maybe lentils, beans, leafy greens, natto, sauerkraut etc. Both "vegan" but guess who will be nutritionally deficient? (And hence suffer with dental and other issues)

A lot of people nowadays are working to find out the best method to drop weight. Then again, having the ability to discover a diet plan that will work for you is hard to discover. A very important thing you want to comprehend is that a diet that works for one person may not work for another. And that means you must know what your getting into before you begin one of these diets. This may provide you enough information to learn whether this really is something that is appropriate to your needs. Read more here https://truehealthreport.com/xtreme-fat-loss-diet-review/

by looking at you, i see that you lack animal protein and fat. If you add that your yellow bottom teeth will be white. You seem to have soe illusio n or something or BIG EGO. You havenot seen 50 year old people and you look far far older than them. I know healthy vegetarian people who are same age as u r and they look 10 year younger with good jaw structure and shine in eyes and energy to do what they love not living on govt money

Your teeth and bone de-mineralization is due to lack of animal (not plant) fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, and protein and calcium. All these things work in tandem so you can't do without any of them. Also your cheeks have caved in. Just have some milk and cheese before you get more serious problems.

There's not a shred of evidence? Ummm not getting vitamin A, D, b12 is one factor. I don't believe your bone density claims, go to the doctor and check your bone density. Saying other people get injuries and you don't IS confirmation bias so you contradicted yourself. Cavities doesn't mean your teeth aren't healthy, you could prevent cavities by using fluoride tooth paste which I'm certain your dentist gave you (though i have no evidence). Using occams razor, it sounds like it's 100% the vegan diet (unless you are on meth). 40 year olds don't look like you but younger and you look like a holocaust victim (not meant to be an insult but to make you aware).

Sounds like you are religiously vegan and won't accept you are wrong.

Everyone's diffrent. I tried vegan diet and running but it caused more harm than good to me in long term. You can keep weight, have clean body but it wacks my hormones. Why don't you try a carnivore diet for a month and film how you feel on it including blood test pre and post. That would be interesting.

Just by checking your videos, I'd say that your front teeth kinda got slowly fucked up around 7 or 8 years ago cumulatively.

I'm kinda glad that I've even in my former raw vegan diet never made the mistake to feast too much on fruits and fruit juices (maybe in my beginning days) – instead I've made much more wild herbs juices mostly with dandelion, celery and dark green stuff like this (so, no fruits in there) and lots of plant-based fats like avocados, olives and okras.

Never got cavities in my raw vegan diet (glad I've eaten like this only for about 6 years) – but I got still some abrasions at the outer teeth material (dental enamel) during this time and the tips of my front teeth got transparent.
Also my teeth and gum became very sensitive to fruits and acids after a few years of becoming a vegan (after standard diet I was 1 year vegetarian, 1 year vegan and around 6 years raw vegan).

And I'm glad I quit the raw vegan diet soon after ('cause of other problems like heavy vomiting, lack of life force, the really depressing feeling of less intenstity and less excitement – which was totally the opposite of my really awesome first years within my raw vegan diet) and I switched for 1 year to a raw vegetarian diet (with raw organic eggs and diary) and finally to a raw pescetarian diet (where I also added raw fish, caught with nets in the ocean, into my raw diet, not the conventional aquaculture stuff – and I stayed with this diet since around 2015).

    And ya know what?
The abrasions of the teeth enamel kinda stopped since my raw pescetarian diet, the sensitivities of my teeth and gum instantly vanished (could eat fruits without problems again) and the beginning transparencies of the front teeth reformed into the typical white milk-like colour of typically healthy teeth over the years (maybe some remineralisation effects of the teeth) – besides the fact that my life force, intensity and joy came back just a little time after getting the first raw organic eggs into my diet.

It 's totally your choice what to do with your life – but maybe you 'll give it a try.

If the people in modern civilisations have no clue in things like health, just have a look at the primal diet of the Natives and natural tribes of this world – or the diet of wild animals.

Often our teeth but as much or more so…our gum health is related to our heart health….I suspect you are a healthy Vampire..(kidding)…..those silver fillings suck anyway. My diet is a work (I try to make it fun) of health over taste. What pepperoni pizza is not a health food lol…..You are not going to the World Mountain Championships I guess…I saw Seth is…You may want to compare times with the mature runners.
