The reason we have a pandemic of poor mental health is due to poor diet caused by lack of nutrition not eating meat eggs and dairy.

Lack of meat and animal fats results in the brain not receiving the appropriate fats essential for normal brain functions and development.

This woman speaks utter rubbish. Veganism is a cult and a billion dollar business sitting on a mountain of mental health. There is no dietician on the planet who would advise you to go vegan or vegetarian and certainly not one that would treat a anorexic sufferer to eat vegan in order to recover. Not one!!

Forcing people to follow the dictates of your own pet cult is not Society evolving. It's having an Ethos forced upon other people by you.

What a load of rubbish – most plant food contains antinutrients that do not adsorb very well in the body. Also, by only eating plants you are missing out on a lot of victims that are only in meat….some of which develop in muscle fibers. Although our own body produces these, it's not nearly enough. I wish vegan fanatics would stop trying to push their habits onto everyone else, especially when they are so unhealthy. Many meat eaters are on clean diets, we don't all go to McDonald's.

"No brainer " ,she's right about that . All life forms vegitable and animal do not want to be eaten , that is why many plants contain toxic compounds . and animals have claws and teeth .It is not OK to eat plants simply because they cannot run away .

I cannot eat most plants, no fruit, no pulses, no high-fructose vegetables or vegetables that create gas. I also cannot eat dairy products either. IBS is an uncompromising thing.

There is no moral justification for not being vegan.
Every time you eat the corpses of animals or wear animal skin you are paying someone to abuse and murder innocent sentient beings on your behalf, no animal wants to die.
People do not need animal products to survive which means you are abusing and killing animals for pleasure !

Veganism is a nutrient deficient, emotionally driven scam. If anyone is reading this, I advise you not to fall for the deceptive words of the vegan con artists who want to take your freedom away.

0:15 Ignoring that that argument doesn't apply to the current system of factory farming, does an immoral action become moral simply due to passage of time?

Vegans need to be conscious of their B12 intake, but well-planned vegan diets are nutritionally adequate, according to the British Nutrition Foundation.

In addition to sparing the lives of billions of sentient beings, a shift to a more plant-based global diet would tackle multiple global crises simultaneously, ranging from climate change, biodiversity loss, antimicrobial resistance, deforestation, and food insecurity.

“Meat has been part of our diet.”
    “We are omnivores.”

Neither of those statements justify violence.

    “Vegans push their philosophy.”

You push your philosophy on others when you condemn murderers.

    “It’s natural.”

    So is rape and murder…

He sounds like a whinging child who knows what they are doing is wrong but don’t want to change.

    If you are reading this;
How do you justify not being vegan?
