Can you maybe make us a Panda Express super greens recipe. I have looked for an oild free version but havent found one. I just really dont like steamed vegies, I prefer my veggies raw but the panda super greens are so good.

This is helpful and me personally I add spinach to my meals or as a side. I do this to focus on the large health benefit of dark leafy greens as seen in population studies. In addition, I follow cardiologist Caldwell Esselstyn who focuses on strict diet to halt and reverse heart disease, and while I never had heart disease, I was on the way with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. My blood pressure is still high at about 125/85. Exercise is a big part but the diet is important.
My main meal I eat twice daily is whole wheat pasta with black beans with cayenne pepper, and spinach mixed in at the end after hand shredding. I eat chia seeds, a small amount, and various fruits, as well as occasionally other starches like whole wheat bread or baked potato slices.
pasta and beans is a very simple meal. I microwave the pasta first and then mix in the beans from a can. I don't even bother heating the whole thing after adding beans, for simplicity. Total cook time is maybe 15 minutes and prep time 5 minutes.
