    Jenn, Thank you so much for all these great frozen ideas, I picked up Amy's ravioli bowl tonight, haven't eaten yet, looks delicious! Didn't see other ones, but I will find them elsewhere this week. Many times, I do not have time to cook a healthy meal, and these are great substitution choices. I also picked up Fairlife milk 3x dha-omega 3 version, I can't do non-fat, its delicious, and all that protein, 12 gms per serving, vitamins, it's a mighty bottle of milk!Thank you for helping me with my weight loss efforts yet once again, you are so awesome, all your hard work in giving us this valuable information is very much appreciated. There should be an Emmy Award for the best, most honest, knowledgeable, transparent and helpful youtuber, and your name should be on it!!
