Iodine = can easily get it from iodized salt or seaweed
Iron = I get 20mg of iron a day as a vegan so it's not that hard
Vit K2 = You can supplement that with Vit D because we haven't got enough research about if our body makes enough k2
Choline = Easily found in plant foods, most vegans get over half which makes it hard to get a deficiency
Vit D = Most vegans can get it from exercising and exposing your body to sunlight.
Vit A = Beta carotene sources like carrots and sweet potatoes have been shown to fill the needs for Vit A RAE. (I eat carrots everyday)
Vit E = Theres Vit E in olive oil, nuts and seeds like hazelnuts, almonds and sunflower seeds and some fruits and vegetables like avocado, mango and bell peppers.
DHA and EPA = can get enough from flax or chia seeds if you eat enough like 20g. Flaxseeds have been fed to tilapia so they can have more omega 3. (As evidence that we can get dha and epa)
Folate = we can get enough from legumes.
Riboflavin same with zinc = The combination of foods like legumes, whole grains, greens, mushrooms and tomatoes makes vegans easier to get riboflavin (I calculate my nutrients and I get enough every day)
Carnitine = According to Medicalnewstoday, The liver and kidney usually produce enough carnitine in the human body, so topping up with food or supplements is not necessary.
Glycine = Non essential amino acid and our body makes it.
I was vegetarian/vegan for several yrs, then standard(ish) Canadian diet for some years, my bloodwork is shit my hashimotos is all whacked out, low iron, high cortisol… it's scary. I've been carnivore for 1 month and can't wait to see the results in 2 more months!
If we take your dietary advice seriously don't take the piss out of veganism. Maybe vegans research before following this lifestyle. I enjoyed your videos until you made that snide remark. Unsubscribe.
I’ve been listening to your Health advice and I’ve been enjoying it but now that I see all of your followers are nasty cruel vicious hateful idiots, I’m going to unsubscribe. How unfortunate that you perpetuate hate in today’s society.
People can eat what they want. There are an incredible amount of extremely healthy vegans, including professional athletes. Dairy is extremely harmful to your system. If you all want to follow a certain eating regime, that’s fine, but why do you have to hate on what other people eat? You do you, and leave other people alone to do whatever they want to do. That’s like telling people what they can and can’t wear every day because you don’t like it. That’s just tough crap.
VERY MISLEADING !!! : Looks like someone didn’t read the China Study book, and ignores the clear overall evidence (if you take the time to read it!) More whole food plants diet (not processed) = dramatically less chronic diseases. Keep informed and don’t just listen to one guy. Btw: Vit B12 should be recommended for everyone even carnivores.
help! been following you for years – thank you for always sharing great info! Ive been keto for over 4 years-reversed T2D in the 1st 3 months but I keep gaining weight, only can loose if I exercise really hard which kills my joints, Im 60 yr old female. I eat moderate fat so my question is can I supplement with Orlistat (Alli) ? Im aware of the side effects but Im wondering if short term, 3-6 months along with keto if this would help?
Is it me or does that vegan dr look bloated. Like there’s seriously something wrong with him (I’m thinking of those poor children with cancer 😢) Don’t mean any harm: just concerned. Like really! Look at his belly!! So sad. I’ll pass. Give me a ribeye any time 🥩
to me, veganism is a mental issue rather than a diet issue.
I have been vegan all my life without supplement, thank you very much you cornivore doctor
So I’ve taken none of these and been vegan for 5 years. Awkward

What kind of PLANT VEGAN FOODS that do & don't have these vitamins???
Yikes that Doctors mid area gave me all the information I needed to absolutely not go vegan!!
A pork chop for me and the doctor I will not see

Dr Gregor has that gray/yellow complexion of a lot of vegans. My bet is plant toxins but it might be a nutrient deficiency.
The pharmaceutical diet more like 😂
The vegan doc may have some issues with liver with his swollen belly. Or maybe he is not a practicing vegan. Just a thought.
Correction:I am UNSUBSCRIBING from your pcyho network every day!
I am unscribing from your phylogeny post!
Dr Greggor looked absolutely terrible! 🥺 I truly hope his health is ok.

I can make do with only veggies some days, but every now and then I want some good old Sunday dinner roast beef.
