It's organic, non gmo, no artificial flavors/colors/preservatives and it's oil free. It's good except for more sodium in a single serving product than I like to see, but if that's not a health concern for a person and the only added salt item for the day it won't be a problem for most people then.
Per 1/2C = 50 calories Fat g 0 Sodium 490mg Total carbs 10g Fiber = 2g Sugars= 6g O added sugars Protein 2g.
I've been looking for a new onigiri filling that isn't kimchi bc onigiri are my fav meal prep snack, and I made the miso greens today and they blew my mind! Soooo good! I want to put that sauce on tofu too..
Very interesting information about foods affecting your gut when you haven’t eaten them in awhile. Which is exactly how I felt when I changed my ways of eating and went vegan. I was gassy and bloated and belching the first couple weeks. And then by the second month my gut felt so much better and my energy levels began to improve. Thanks for sharing these recipes. I am definitely making them all for this weekend and next weeks meals.
If you put a slightly damp towel (laying it flat) beneath your cutting board while you chop, it'll stop it from spinning and turning.

Have you ever tried capers in your pasta sauce? I like olives but capers give it evenpre of a savory note ( I like to blend them in)
That sushi looks amazing! It kind of reminds me of a healthy version of the sushi with the seaweed salad filling. Definitely going to make it!

I now cut my potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes to boil in about 15 minutes. They cool down in 15 minutes and are ready to make potato salad in 30 minutes.

A roll I always order is a Mexican Roll. Avocado, cilantro, tomato, onion, and jalapeño.
How did you do your rice? If I make a sushi roll like that it falls apart when I cut it.

Yikes! That was definitely NOT just half a teaspoon of salt in the potato salad. She shook that big container for so long. 😵💫
