Since the macros gradually change in two week increments, how does someone maintain after completing the program? Would one start from the beginning of the program and keep cycling through it, or maintain the last phase of the program?
How is it possible for a vegan endomorph to stick to 20g of carbs a day for weight loss? Because by the time I've had my breakfast and a hot drink, I have nearly reached my daily amount of carbs I should be consuming within that day. For my diet is plant based so how does this actually work, cause I'd be starving myself if i stuck to only 20g?
Is this a meal plan where when you finish the six weeks you can just go back to the beginning and go through it over and over again? Or should you adjust your diet after the six weeks?
I watched a video of the American bodybuilder who has an exclusive vegan diet. He broke the American weightlifting record in the Olympic trials by lifting a combined weight of 800lbs. If it possible for him to lift, train and excel without eating meat, why isn't the vegan diet being promoted on more bodybuilding websites?
Say you're eating at a deficit calorie level of 1500 calories a day but you train and burn off 500 calories. That would leave you with a net of 1000 calories, which is much lower than your already deficit level. So do you leave it at that or do you eat back the 500 calories?
Hi, I'd like to hear your opinion on hclf vegan diet for someone who's an endomorph and quite active (gym 3-4/5 times a week / part-time working as a waitress) I'm in a healthy weight range since January after being underweight for 2 years and I'd like to lose the excess weight I've gained
Hi Christine, Thank you so much for this, I assume the price point is what it is because the possibility of winning the transformation contest? I have been following you for a few weeks and considering training/ a plan but I am newly vegan so wasn't sure. I hope to be able to join this challenge, whether this round or the next. I have been struggling with my weight since childhood and the vegan switch was for personal, and health reasons. Will there be an option in the future to only purchase the meal plan without the contest?
I can’t find this on your website. I just see a budget version. Is this still available?
Is it suitable for keto?
