Well I'm 74 and GRATEFUL to be Vertical Ventilating and Ambulatory daily ! (Went vegan at 70-Now I'm outta obesity, off of insulin,cut Metformin ,lowered BP meds-I walk outside an hour+ a day) .Here's how I harmonize with the HEAT! I think to myself- "Hey, I get a Free Sauna with every walk! (plus a dose o' healthy Vit D) It's the Po' man's Health Spa! (Fits my lower SS funds level quite nicely thank you!)" …Gratitude to you for all you do and git yer sweat on …..AND OUT….with Joy! ….'cause to Enjoy means TO PUT JOY INTO! Git at it ! (and En-Joy!!!)😊🌈☯👩🦯
I feel your pain with heat living in AZ. I like to walk early in the morning at 5:30am with the pups and friends. I easily get 2 miles in if not 3 🙂 give it a try.
Your recipes have saved me! I had tried everything and thought that I would just die being overweight but I have only been eating according to your recipes since May and have already lost 20 pounds. All I do is try to hit 10k steps a day for 5 days a week and then do weight training 2 days a week. Sharona's hill's dance/walking workouts really help me keep it fun to get the steps in so this feels very sustainable and has made me so happy. Thank you so much 😄
I've been missing my daily outdoor walks as well. The heat and humidity in Atlanta are brutal. Indoor walking videos have been helpful (Walk at Home, Get Fit with Rick, Grow with Jo on YouTube).
I cannot WAIT until my fractured toe heals so I can be active again! But I fell into a slump of junky vegan food over the summer (because of my toe, and a big move), and am looking to get back on the healthy eating train now!

Peaches!! All summer they were my favorite. Even now at the end of summer I’m thinking maybe I could make a peach pie that’s healthier .. except I ate up all my last ones!! Hmmm..Will canned peaches work??? 🍑🍑🍑
Love your videos! Glad I’m not the only one who gets tired of a vegetable. I went through a phase of pulsing all my raw vegetables to rice size, but it would stink up the house somehow . Family didn’t appreciate it. Lol. I wish I loved to walk. Tomorrow I turn 62 and so don’t want to be inactive like my mom and grandma was to where they sat do much of the day. Trying to do better.

I put on a tv show that I like and walk/jog in place. Keeps me from getting bored and I get my steps in, especially since it’s been so hot!

I loved your walk in pantry but you are correct, size doesn't matter. Mine is small but stocked
