It's never easy to share our personal stories, but it's important to me to always be honest with you guys ❤ If you're looking for help, or have any questions, feel free to message me on IG: https://www.instagram.com/misskrystlelive/
The problem I faced on a vegan diet: hair loss, brittle nails, dry skin, I look bloated. I'm back to Pescatarian diet.
Interesting..I went Vegetarian for 2 months and I was gaining weight. Mostly ate meat prior and I'm carnivore now. Lol but I was passing out.. I'll still pass out if I don't consume salt with my meat. Plants are toxic.
This is VERY interesting. I started a super pure vegan no oil diet 6 weeks ago…and I have not felt amazing that people were telling me I was going to feel. I have had diarrhea several times and stomach aches. And two days ago I have had vertigo dizziness 24/7. I was just starting research vegan dizziness when I came upon your video. I have lost weight though because I have not been able to eat enough calories each day eating just steamed starches and steamed vegetables.
Wow, you have an amazing level of determination and energy. No idea how you manage so many different pursuits and struggle with health issues. Very impressive. I have a niece who is living a strict vegan lifestyle and i worry about the long term health issues she may experience. Maybe she will watch this video…
How did you lawyer with the brain fog??
It seems like veganism should only be a temporary thing
I'm a carnivore, but agree with vegans. I love animals and think that the ranching industry needs to be more ethical to the animals.
Cool 😎. I think you did a good job I have learned so much just by listening to this video thank you😊
9:41 you said you needed 3500 calories, just to maintain ? That's wild !
If I message you it would definitely just be me asking you out… sheeesh lol
So you did a plantbased diet for 9 years and stopped. What does this have to do with animals and veganism?
Maybe change the title to "I tried a plantbased diet and gave up"
You were never Vegan, just Plant Based poser . You can't stopped being vegan because Veganism is not only a diet
Suuuuper glad you were able to discover the concept of bioavailable nutrition which is absolutely NOT found in plants (for humans). And for those vegans/vegetarians who do use the "for the animals and ethics" line, you are wildly misinformed. 25 times more animals are killed by the plant-based industry than by the ruminates industry. And what's worse is that the lands they kill these animals on are entirely wiped clean of nutrients by the process of monocropping that, oh btw, is literally destroying our ecosystem for ALL life. The most ethical, and healthy diet for humans is understanding our place in nature and eating purely ruminate animals. Only 1 life needs to be taken by me in a year. Your corn and crops kill thousands (quadrillions, actually, but thats in total, not just 1 person), not including the waste products created by your supplements and the medical industry that's keeping you sick and medicated for the prodit of big Pharma, and also not including the overall environmental impact that is…well…you all know where that is going… Both fosil fuels AND plant agriculture are the cause. Animal agriculture done properly on pastures actually RESTORES the ecosystem and has the potential to stop climate change before its too late (which it damm well will be real soon). Get educated, get healthy, get mad, and join the carnivore community in the fight to save our society from the lies of the corporate world.
Thanks a lot for sharing your experience! To be honest, I’ve been having quite a few issues in the last few years, such as underweight, teeth problems, etc. However, I’m so terribly bothered about the environmental and the ethical issues that I don’t dare to start eating animal products. What would you say about the ethical aspects?
Best,
Anna
I resonate with your story so much. Thank you for sharing.
Hippocrates said “all illness and disease starts in the gut”. Modern medical “doctors” know nothing about the human body and nutrition
This is an excellent overview of why the modern vegan slave diet is the path to a slow and painful death.
honestly u look ill as a vegan. ur skin is worse too. thankgod u switched back to meat
Depends on how the beans are processed I pressure can mine. the high temps make them more digestible and more nutritious… That being said I never eat bean without animal products even add homemade beef broth and meat to my refritoes cheese also
You never cared about the animals.
Wow! This was an amazing video! You explained everything so perfectly, and how cool is that, that you are beautiful, smart, and a lawyer! that is also super artsy and plays music! What a great vibe! you described all your symptoms so perfectly and the thought processes while vegan, the always needing to maybe eat cleaner, or fast, or cleanse, or a new supplement. My friend and I were both raw vegans and swore we would do it for life, but I just wasn´t feeling right, no matter what i ate , all fruit, no fruit, just veggies, raw til 4, dates and bananas, only greens etc and my girlfriend, she had her own set of symptoms, losing her period, and hair falling out. Almost simultaneously we decided we were done, that we needed the cholesterol in eggs. Now we are full on carnivores! I still feel so bad for the animals, the first time down the meat isle I almost gagged and couldn´t do it. I still feel so bad, but i also know that i just couldn´t live one more day feeling so out of sorts and bad. So thank you so much for this video. Very well done
You stop being Vegan after 9 years because you finally running out of nutrient stores and you basically dying. There is no part of the body that can absorb ANYTHING from plants… You basically live of a fructose and glucose without any nutrients. We are NOT COWS. We don't have second stomach to neutralize all those defense chemicals of plants, we don't have Right bacteria to breakdown fiber and extract anything from plants. I have absolutely no idea WHY people do this. Can't people just THINK for a second ? Or most people just are completely CLUELESS when it comes to nutrition… Human body can only tolerate meat, organs and saturated fat. Our intestine are designed for that purpose ONLY. To release hydrochloric acid and absorb nutrition from meat. Yes humans can absorb or i should say "handle" glucose and fructose. It's a survival mechanism to survive winters. We eat as much fruit as we can find, became a little bit insulin resistant but it let us stock up on fat. I do not want to kill. But this reality. We are mostly carnivore. Without animal based foods, we are literally dying. High cholesterol saturated fat like butter, tallow or lard is essential for every single cell of human body. And you and your ignorance as a Vegan, Decide to cut all of it out… What the FU***
I too have been on a health journey and I found that the "ancestral diet" is what really works for me. I have PCOS and I had horrible symptoms, from cystic acne and hairloss to painful period cramps. It all passed now, but it took me some time (about a year) to find out what was triggering most of these symptoms.
I don't know if you've heard about it, but there's a very nice book about the diet of traditional populations, it's called "Nourishing Traditions", by Sally Fallon Morel. She's also the president of the Weston Price Foundation, which shares a lot of the principles of ancestral diets, they have very interesting material on their site and youtube! "Nourishing Traditions" is a cookbook, so you'll find many nice recipes and instructions about the preparation of foods to improve their digestibility and nutritional content.
Since I started following their principles I'm symptom free and feel very good.
Despite being vegan i believe humans come first and if you truly faced health complications due to a vegan lifestyle I support your decision to stop and I’m glad you got your health back!!
it’s all love. ✌️
Eat meat and ride motorcycles 🤘 you’ll never be famished or depressed 💪
So happy to see how supportive the comments are 🙂 glad theres much less animosity against ex-vegans.
Was vegan for 2.5 years and hit rock bottom last week. Developed, like you, horrid neurological issues and caused massive flare ups of rheumatoid arthritis. Also started with reintroducing salmon. Feeling SOOO much better.
Thanks for sharing!
It's funny that I've been a heavy meat eater all my life and I've never been in the hospital for any health related problems, ever.
stop dying ur hair
Congrats
