I have an instant pot Duo crisp as my air fryer. I have used it to make turkey thighs, but I was wondering if you have any tips for me since the air fryer basket is so deep?
Cathy I just got an air fryer from Costco, a Gourmia and I love it. Air Frying is such an adventure for me (converting Oven time and temp. to air fryer time and temp) I was wondering if I can cook without the fryer tray and just in the bottom of the basket ? Thank You for all the help your channel gives me. I bought your cookbook and I'm so anxious to get it into my kitchen. The education I'm getting is changing the way I think about cooking.I just got your cookbook and I LOVE IT !! It has so much information that I need, I can now feel more confident when I using my AF. Just found you in Sept 2022 after buying an air fryer and being disappointed with the Corosi manual and recipe booklet in my UK delivery. Tonight cooked a couple of sausages and LOTS of veg after watching your veggie video. Thank you and yes veggies are so yummy cooked this way. I ate far more tonight than I normally do but only used a bit of oil to coat them. I'm sold so will order your book very soon. Thank you.
I want to warn everyone on the duel blaze do not buy it if you want to be able to see the buttons like on there other fryer's they light up when you power it up but on this one with the dark screen you can't see any of the buttons to push. and Cosori when I called them they pretty much told me too bad they don't care that it's a issue for there customers. look at other name brands instead of listening to mrs. Kathy.
Ok Kathy, not sure what I did but I did the frozen broccoli just like you did. But it was a little how should I say, not mushy, but watery. It did not have a tender crisp feel. Is it me?
Cathy, you are the bomb! Iβm 82 and have been cooking for 62 years, and I canβt tell you how wonderful it it is to have new, exciting recipes to kind of bring a new resurgence into my cooking. It has renewed my joy of cooking. Please keep those healthy recipes coming.
Can you tell me where to buy the little silicone fingertip pot holders? My only complaint with using my air fryer is getting burned while trying to remove food.
I've come back to this video 3 times so far in the first 5 days of owning my Cosori Air Fryer. I'm actually making shrimp right now. I appreciated the tip about using avocado oil with the high smoke point.

When measuring honey or other syrups measuring oil then use that same item for honey.
