I think all oils will be high in calories. Fat is actually a dense form of calories. Fats have more calories than carbohydrates. It's just that we are more likely to eat a greater quantity of carbs than fats. 1 tbsp of avocado oil has 124 calories. Also, grilled foods might increase your chance of getting cancer. Its best to grill less. Places that eat a lot of grilled foods have a high level of colon cancer, Korea, Norway etc. Just a bit of info, not trying to be obnoxious or anything.

If you add in the calories and the fat from that oil spray the number goes a lot higher – so be warey ! I would say you need to add another 150 calories to each of those meals and 5g of fat
Love the idea, but you're not supposed to burn the food, it's really not healthy in the long run 😅
