I have been vegan for around 10 months but I want abs but I’m losing my curves a little and I still dont have abs yet. I’m been workout with weights on and off, so I need to get more consistent. Yes, I’m working out again now but still when I gain weight, it goes to my stomach instead of my hips and 🍑. :/ any advice?
