    Tiny side note, no biggie though. An awful lot of young adults eat by pulling the food off the fork with their teeth instead of their lips, not just here, but plenty of other places. I am just curious where that came from.

    Your channel is wonderful! I am an old granny who is trying to eat plant based for my health issues and failed miserably last time. The nutritionist I saw was not that helpful and I plunged right in cold turkey. I am now easing into this regarding the number of plant based meals and conscious of the fiber (especially beans!). I like that you use products that mimic dairy and meats, eat out in restaurants that offer other foods, convert favorite recipes. You make this lifestyle easy to follow and enjoyable. So far so good with easing into this way of eating and also taking a probiotic every day this past week and will do so for 30 days to help. I think you're both adorable! Thank you for all the work you do and the information you share.

    My go to breakfast is definitely oatmeal! I've done a lot of baked oatmeals, slow cooked or pre-prepped steel cut oats, along with just regular rolled or quick oats. I definitely want to try the "oat breakfast cake" idea!

    sadly it's really hard for me to find a lot of vegan substitutes in rural Hungary (nutritional yeast, vegan butter, egg substitute, any type of vegan milk is crazy expensive) but i do look for inspiration in these videos for vegetarian recipes

    One of my go to breakfasts is a tofu scramble breakfast burrito with lots of veggies, mushrooms, peppers, onions, carrots, tiny broccoli, whatever I have in the fridge.. Sometimes I turn it into a crunch wrap with a hash brown. Mmm.

    Those Carrot Cake Pancakes looks delicious! And the Potato Hash is definitely something I would eat for breakfast. Thanks for the recipes.

    p.s. My go-to breakfast is usually ramen soup w/kimchi and sometimes baked tofu. I don't care for sweets in the morning.

    I forgot to mention what I eat for breakfast. On extremely lazy days, it's lemon water and a piece of toast (usually sourdough, sometimes wheat), buttered. Other days I make sourdough toast with hummus, mashed avocado (minced spinach, trader joes mushroom seasoning, cilantro leaves), yellow bell tomatoes and red cherry tomatoes sliced in half and placed on top (makes it look pretty). Other days I'll make oatmeal sweetened with maple syrup and a few chocolate chips (sometimes fruit instead) on top with toast. A couple of days ago we tried chocolate protein powder pancakes and I learned that even though my husband loves chocolate and he loves banana bread, he doesn't love them together. Every day is a lemon water day!

    I love these recipes and will for sure make them. Oh YEAH! That potato hash would totally be good as a burrito. I'm going to try this baked oatmeal recipe for my 5 year old.
    Could you PLEASE do a review on the plates and bowls and ALWAYS PAN that you have? I want to get a set, but I need to convince my husband to make the investment. They are our style, but so expensive.
