I got so stressed watching her pour the salt to measure over the bowl because i've accidently dumped salt so many times that i'll only do it over the sink ๐
I appreciate how politely and diplomatically Simsie tells chat that they need to back off a bit and stop worrying about her business so much. I would 100% not be that kind about 100+ people all trying to tell me how to do something or someone arguing with me about my own dietary restrictions (Oreos are vegan).

I suggest getting a silicone baking sheet to put on your counter, that way you can get it dirty without ruining your countertop and having to wipe it 30402 times. Plus, it's super helpful to have it on the surface you're working on so you don't have to be careful about the noise it makes when you put bowls and such on the counter when you're recording ๐
