    Hello everyone,
    Here’s another informative video on the best meal plan (foods) you can have while you are on your period. It has been working for me. In this video I shared why I eat these fruits and vegetables. These foods help with menstrual cramps, cravings, low energy, stay hydrated and build and maintain my daily iron intake, whilst on a vegetarian and vegan diet.

    ** The daily amount of iron for women 19-50 is 14.8mg.

    1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses contains 20% of the iron you need each day.
