    you know I ordered the raw recipe book on Amazon and I got a blank page journal….then I read the reviews and they were all pretty angry that they had gotten a blank paged journal instead of recipes…..I called and alerted the amazon assistant of the wrong advertisement and she said she would get it corrected so it may have been taken down by now…..too bad I was really looking forward and now can't find where to get that book, but maybe you should take down the reference to it underneath the video……

    I just made this for my son. I didn’t have kale and celery because I juiced it, so I poured a little of the juice a into the coconut-“rice” and veggies for flavor. Looks so good, smells so good. But I’m on Day 3 juice fast.
    It’s snowing outside! Brrr!

    Love it !! Delilah’s food looks amazing !!! I absolutely love using cabbage or collards for wraps.
    Tip for adding the salt taste you can use green salt which is from sea asparagus or you can dehydrate celery and grind it into a powder for a salty taste and the best thing is they are healthy.

You make really good videos and I am so grateful for your advocacy of the Raw Vegan lifestyle and foodways I love her and I cannot wait to try this recipe.     Um why not describe how to roll it instead of distracting with stories? Would be nice to describe about how much you put in the roll at what part of the sheet and instead you’re talking about something else.

    Can you buy fresh coconut shaved or how do you prepare it like she did, that would be my barrier to this recipe

    Also, the tip on hey it's ok to transition slowly transition slow I needed that I tried one weekend got frustrated and Monday morning quit, so now I am taking a new approach to this and even if its one day one meal its a start and slow transition I believe will be the key to my success Thank you this video Gillian!!

    Delilah is the best! This is my third time on raw in my life and at each age it was different, but always with great benefits. Both my husband and I are the oldest of our siblings and we are the only truly healthy ones. So much so that at 65 we start new projects, we run businesses and we travel and our lives are amazing. Raw food changes everything for sure. We already have plans to live to at least 120 in perfect health. Body can cure anything, it just needs to have the right conditions provided and it will just do it's things.
    The interesting thing is though that I have heard from old before their age, sick people, how I am doing things wrong. Luckily for me I have never taken advice from people who do not embody the qualities I strive for. If I want money, I take advice from millionaire, if I want health, I stay away from the mainstream medical professions which provide relief but not the cure and if I want the best life, I look at the people who already lead the life I want. 🙂
    Keep up the great job you are doing ladies !

    In a few weeks I’m going to be 59 and I can resonate with so much of what she said at the end. I feel like a freak soemtimes bc few my age do what I do. And its hard seeing ppl you care abt sick due to lifestyle. I’ve been high raw for 14 years, I fast, take medicinal herbs, etc, like many of us here. Its just noone in my circle or family does. But I just do my own thing and I’m happy and I don’t make a big deal about it. I answer questions if people ask and I flex if nec when I travel so sometimes I’ll do a little cooked vegan, but mostly I’ve been able to stay raw. I too have healed some things and have more Im working on. I’m so happy with this lifestyle

    Can’t wait to try this! Yum w the coconut. I’ve made raw sushi with cauliflower and I’m thinking with…. oh what’s his name… next time I might try it by freezing the cauliflower first then thawing. But love this coconut idea and avocado. My red cabbage/carrots must be finely shredded, too. I like the encouragement to improvise.

    Watching this while making Mexican food… cooked jackfruit tacos for my son… and I will eat some (because I’m not all raw, YET), which will make me so tired, like a lump on the couch, because it’s not raw. But I’m going to make us raw juiced virgin Bloody Mary’s to go with the tacos.

    Anyway, thanks! And my best friend died at 58 about 8 years ago and the rawest thing he ate was a Jamba Juice :P, maybe a salad occasionally. Hang in there Delilah… with people dropping the body… I’m glad you are sticking with taking good care of YOUR body and helping others. Inspiring.
