I made your lasagna! I used sweet potato instead of butternut squash because that's what I had, but otherwise it's the same and it's SO GOOD! One of my favorite things I've cooked in a while. Yay fall recipes!

In the UK we use bechamel sauce with the tomato sauce in a lasagne. No idea what is traditional though. Love the long video!

I must say, I also love the roasted quinoa salad idea! I am a big fan of making buckwheat granola (I roast it raw though) and since both quiona and buckwheat are not actual grains I am sure it could also be a great variation of this salad! Plus, warm meals are just so much better in the fall 😀

my favourite potato salad is roasted. Potatoes, tons of bell peppers, red onion, all roasted then tossed in a red wine vinaigrette dressing with fresh dill. PERFECT in the winter.
