I love your voice and speech🤗
I just chew the whole thing then discard the fiber.

Just use a potato peeler to take the hard ridges off. Easy.
Thankyou for this. I am new to cooking moringa here in central california. My trees are doing well even with the severe drought . I will try these recipes. This looks delicious and you explained it very well.
Thank for showing I just read about drumsticks pods how good for health so I was looking the recipe but you explain properly so thank you I am going tomorrow to buy and cook let's c how it go❤
If we aren’t eating the outside, why must we scrape the strips off?
Love it
'Cook up'? You mean 'cook'.
I have a lot of Moringa trees in my garden. Always wondered what to do with those drumsticks and how to eat them. Now I know especially, how to eat them. Thanks. Very educative and helpful.
Yum
This is a great video. Love your channel.
I'm so glad I came across your video! I tried it the first time and they were so delicious. I'm cooking them again right now as I am typing because I have to see the cooking instructions. I use tamarind sauce instead of cocum or lemon and it taste as good. I'm boiling the scrapes for tea after dinner because they say every parts of the tree is beneficial. Actually, it tastes better than the powder. In the Philippines, we cook it differently but your recipe is so delicious. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for this video! We just bought some and had no idea the outside is not edible😂 You saved us a lot of trouble!
This video is great, you explained everything clearly and easy to follow. I first encountered these at the grocery store I just started working at and got curious, this video has greatly helped me learn how to prepare and cook them! Thank you!
Mum says to scrape the outside lightly before cooking. I've always just put them into the curry as is.
Not sure if there;s any benefit of scraping the outside.
I like your method of pulling back that strip after cutting into each piece.
Thanks
This looks delicious. Thanks for taking the time to show us how to make this 🙂
I love mornina it's so light
Thank you! This has been very informative! You are the first I’ve seen who explains it is similar to eating an artichoke…that explains a lot.

Thanks for this clearly explained recipe! I thought I had bought a bag of frozen okra. But when I opened it, I realised it was some strange vegetable I had never seen before. I'm very glad you included instructions on how to prepare and how to eat it.
Yummy ❤❤❤
Lovely voice….👍🤩
Can you please show with the camera how you scrape them against your teeth? This seems like an important part of the procedure.
Thank you so much Ma'am. 🙏Very well explained from cleaning, cooking and how to eat. My friend got me some and I had no idea what to do with them. I'm very excited to try this out. Btw you speak very clearly in fluent English with a beautiful voice.

Aha..so I got it right.. I just happen to pick up a packet of frozen drumsticks and was wondering what to do with them. ..once my friend gave me a hint that you do not eat the skin. I just cooked them in a similar way..without the coconut at the end
