You did eat cooked food for a time and at one point you said it was easier to make gains with cooked food. Can you elaborate on your current thoughts and how much of your progress could be attributed to this cooked food period?
Are you doing fullbody work-outs each time or focus on one specific area per time?
I personally wouldn't ever care about max reps, max weight etc. That's just ego. My only goal is to be strong, healthy, flexible and apt in the world. A strong yogi. The modern way of isolating muscles with certain exercises and machines in the gym has a lot of issues.. calisthenics, power yoga, vinyasa, core work, push-ups, pull-ups, etc.. these are the way, in MY opinion and experience! ๐
