    Hi Michele! Really loved the video and the recipe 🥰 I was wondering how you can keep going from morning to evening with just simple carbs, almost no fats or proteins.. I would be starving 10 min later 🙁 I’ve been vegan for 10 years by now and when I was eating mainly carbs I was eating all the time, expecially when I was mainly on fruits and veggy only. I’m not judging, just wondering.. Thank you so much if you’ll replay, have a nice cozy winter ❤

    The wrap was in the water too long – just dip it in until it is moistened all over, then take it out. It will continue to soften as you fill and roll it up.

    Good morning Michele. Excellent video as always. Everything looks healthy and delicious. I like to start my day with a healthy salad. I usually opt for a traditional Cobb salad: – a tossed salad made typically with chopped chicken or turkey, tomatoes, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, blue cheese, and lettuce and dressed with a vinaigrette or perhaps some traditional French or Thousand Island dressing. That's my all time favorite. TYFS and have a wonderful Sunday. 😉😉😎😎
