    You have probably said it. However, do you incorporate any gluten in your recipes? I notice you use a lot of nut flours. How do you get the salt in your diet? I flip flop because no matter how I season my food still tastes bland.

    Almon flour ,2 cup
    Oat 2 cup
    2 tsp bakin p
    1 " bakin soda
    Half tsp lemon zest
    3/4 turmeric

    Wet ingredients
    1 cup dates
    1/2 lemon juice
    Tsp vanilla
    1 cup soy milk

    You waste too much. Turmeric is fir spicy food, you can use saffron instead which also gives a beautiful aroma.

    This may be sacrilege to even ask, but has anyone tried making this with a sugar substitute such as Swerve? I want to make this for a diabetic, and dates will raise his blood sugar too high.

    So almond meal and almond flour are interchangeable in this recipe at the same ratio? If so which did you use here? Also can we use cassava flour as a plant based gluten free substitute? Tx looks yummy but i only have almond meal and cassava flour.
