    This by far is the most realistic solution …not just weight loss.. but HEALTH. I started a similar regimen in 2018 and Baby!! My current age is 57 yo the change in my energy level was unexpected. Like you, I'm not claiming veganism yet.. but many days and weeks without meat or diary. So thankful for making the lifestyle change.

    Today is November 8th 2022, I currently weight 163-165. I want to lose Atleast 30 lb by beginning of May. Struggling with weight loss since couple of years. Go to gym but lose motivation. Not eating healthy. Having hard time motivating myself. I want to write this down to make it real.
