Thank you all so much for watching and for you sweet comments! <3 This food was incredible. I just want to note that I misspoke when I said the vegan chicken tikka masala recipe was inspired by Rainbow Plant Life, I mean to say it IS her recipe (I only swapped out the tofu for daring chicken) but no other changes to her recipe were made. All of the recipes are posted in the description if you'd like to try them!
God bless you now and always Dr Aluda, Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for helping me cure my Herpes Virus I was facing, i am now HERPES negative after my test result came out , I will be happy to recommend you to other people around the world💗💗💗
No offense but that "chimichurri" had like maybe 3 correct ingredients, it's genuinely an insult to South America to even call it chimichurri, just say it's a cilantro vinagrette or something lol
All through the brothy beans recipe I kept thinking how you going to get the garlic and onion skins out and then you didn’t. I didn’t know you could do that but there’s no way I could try that eww
Saw this on my recommended and I love these sorts of videos (esp when people are actually honest when a recipe isn't that great) but the channel is too gimmicky for me. Anyone know of a vegan channel that does recipes/cooking like this?
I mean all of these are great dishes, but what about these are restaurant quality? Its more lets actually cook fresh meals everynight, seen as none of the recipes mentioned were restaurant recipes, more home cook recipes.
I'm not vegan but all of these recipes looked absolutely fantastic and I WILL be trying them! Just one note is that I was missing a side of veggies with the mushroom 'steak' and potatoes dish? The portion looked super small.
pro-tip on any indian dish with a gravy. that stuff freezes. Make a large batch, pop it in the freezer. And then whenever you want an indian meal, you can just prep your veg+ protein, and then heat up your sauce.
We could make dinner every night the "right" way but I'm also realistic.
A tip for the beans: In my country, we eat a lot of beans stew and we change the water 3 times when cooking, it boils we drain and boil again, etc. That makes you less gassy and doesn't cause any problems in the wc if you know what I mean.
Living life to the fullest option was all I ever wanted thank you Dr Ekan for making that come through he gave me hope when all was lost all thanks to him .
but but but….the brothy beans…still had the garlic and onion skin and lemon skin in the pot??!! does the thick rind of a lemon and the papery skin of alliums just simmer away and vanish??
I love this! What a fun idea! I would say that with beans, the point of soaking is not just time, but can be to remove any contaminates or indigestible sugars that can cause discomfort. For me, the dry bean soak is the difference between a happy belly and a gassy evening lol!
One thing I have done is get some spices and spice mixes. I just had elevated hummus toast. I sprinkled some za'atar on top and added a slice of vegan cheese and sliced cucumbers. I've seem hummus toast go for like $15 on menus and I made it in like 5 minutes.
These look really good. And the benefit of a life lesson. We just don't take the time for ourselves that we should. This is what indulging should look like. This was a wonderful video, not just for the delicious food but all the rest of it, thank you.

Rainbow Plant Life’s recipes rock!! I’m not even vegan.
Imagine thinking you'd get full from a mushroom and some potatoes. Veganism, what a joke.
(I was vegan for 10 years, become anemic, short of breath, tired, weak and gassy all the time. Ruined my teeth and bone health, terrible way to eat)

Thanks for being REAL. I see lots of vegan vids as well yet rarely cook these things for myself
I will for sure make some of these!!!
Loved this series ⚡️
I'm not American so I want to understand why she uses the word 'MY' before everything? My broccoli, My oil, My onions, My beans etc.
I'm just used to people saying the name of the ingredients instead of using MY before everything. Is it an American thing?

I’m SOLD!!!!!!!🥑🥗🌱🥦🥬🥒
Always soak your beans or any other legume! The soaking process removes lectins, they are proteins too hard to digest for the human body.

Avocado oil in Tikka Masala 🙂
Enjoyed this video!
SOAK THOSE BEANS. You have to combine lentils with rice or wheat to make it a complete protein.

Giving thanks to Dr Ekan Healer is something I will always take personal because he brought me back to my full health …
This was incredible !
A youtuber that shows great vegan food is Jess Beautician. Her yieiad videos are chef's kiss
“Why would I cook things that I like to eat?”

For the beans, did you keep the “skins” from the onion, garlic and lemon even when serving?
Crusty bread really makes everything better
that would be sold for $30 at a restaurant
BROTHY BEANS ARE LEGIT RAJMA
i loved this
More Rachel!
Haha every day "I don't really feel like cooking today"
Send the left overs here please!

I love Indian food but, I don't know where to get all those spices from 🥺☺️
I loved this so much. Now I want to try all these recipes!
Awesome video!
Wait so in the brothy beans you just eat the onion and garlic skins??
Well done. Can you make a video on how to make a good vegan chili?
I made the noodles, my husband and I loved them!! Thank you for sharing new ideas, eating the same old stuff gets boring.

I love you Rachel
Yeah it's lemony, it absorbed the lemon for DOUBLE THE TIME .-.
💚💚💚
You so cute ☺️
