Week 2 meal prep update: I found a meal I love that was SUPER easy to prep! Interestingly I didn’t get tired of this meal at all (probably because I never get tired of Asian food… like ever)

Sauce ingredients: 1/3 c soy sauce, 1/4 c gochujang, 3 tbsp honey, 2 tsp sesame oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp grated ginger

I need to try this! I’ve been spending too much money on eating out lately, acting like I make six figures at work 💀

    Also, that hair. Sheesh 🔥

But what about meal prep for every meal, without repeating?

meals preps are a waste of food. if food is not eaten right after it is cooked, even if you consume it in the evening, it wont get digested the best way. also they lose their nutrition like that. but i also understand that not everyone has time to cook everyday. times are not good

Hi kylie, love your videos and tips that you shared. But is it ok to eat overnight vegetables? If were to prepare 5days worth of meal prep, how can we store it?
Would love to hear your advice. Thank you!

I'd like to point out the obvious. She says "let's meal prep for the week in under an hour". The meal represented is shown in the initial shot to be 4 meals. In a week, if you're eating 3 basic meals then you're getting 21 meals, so this is less than 20% of your weekly meals. If you're meal prepping for the week and about 20% of your weekly meals takes about an hour, then all your meals would probably take 5 hours give or take, depending on what you make. This isn't meal prepping for the week in under an hour. This is making less than a week's worth of school/work lunches

My husband would always remind me to always let meals cool of before closing the lid to avoid spoiling the food. He’s a chef so I trust him.

You’re not supposed to keep cooked rice for more than 2 days. It is a breeding ground for bacteria because of the high water content.

Is that all you're eating for the week? Not necessarily for every meal but is that what you're eating everyday for the week? Wouldn't you get tired of eating it every day?

idk if it's cause I'm from a different part of the world, & the us suggests had a different name fit things, but I've never heard of snow peas, those look like what I can sugar snap peas. also using a ride cooker means this isn't going to take an hour of you don't have one
