Too much unrelated chat!
Also I would add This lady is a great inspiration to people my age group,I'm 65.I am finally getting visible knees, Arthritis is getting better!
What a delightful lady. She is si wise. Thank you all for these interviews
Esther you look amazing thrilled for you,,,
Squishy sounds coming through.
It's possible to gain a lot of weight eating an oil-free WFPBD. I know because it happened to me. Going vegan isn't the end-all solution to weight control.
indeed Dr Aluda on YouTube is a good herbalist and a trusted Dr. i cured my HPV and Herpes virus with his herbal medication…
I 've been vegan since 2011 and i am 71. Lately, non-vegan seniors always have wise cracks to say about what I bring to eat.
It would be good if I can hear her talking.
I began eating a mostly plant based diet about 2 weeks ago. I'm excited! And I'm 59!
What is the name of the book she first read that turned her? This is incredible
I started yesterday to be an vegan!
Simply an inspiration!!
Thank you 😊
This is terrible news. Has it EVER dawned on any of these people that UNINTENTIONAL weight loss is alarming. I’m 70 years old. I went from 140 to 120 pounds in six months. I look like a skeleton. I was diagnosed with MGUS and have had every blood test available ,as well as urine tests . I freaked out,and started a vegetarian diet. No fats, very ,very little sugar, next to nothing. It’s easily as important as obesity in the extreme . When doctors get their act together they will start addressing UNINTENTIONAL weight loss . I had lost 8 pounds before diagnosed with MGUS, but when I went Vegetarian immediately !
This also goes with my having my two Covid vaccines last April ,that’s when the weight loss began – the first 8 pounds – the other 12 pounds came when I started vegetarian. I’m still strong,I do 60 push-ups a day five times a day , in fact the push-ups are easier because I have very little weight to push up.
Start talking about this.
I totally agree anxiety is terrible. I live in San Francisco which is now a ghost town. All my close friends have moved ,EVERYONE has left. Under lock down for better part of past 22 months .
I believe your podcast was very good as opposed to most. I’m referring to your speaking about issues outside of just diet. Psychological issues are HUGE …
Hope you get on the UNINTENDED weight loss for older people that were once in great physical condition . By the way I’m 5’7” tall.
All the best.
Luv the squirrel pics!!
Introduction is toooo loooooooooog!
Couldn’t get past all the Covid talk.. You can find same story on Chef AJ’s channel without the news updates.
I have SAD in summer! All that heat and humidity drains my energy and kills my mood.
I feel like I’m watching the playoffs. Chuck should definitely be a sportscaster. 😂
Some of the vegan food are high carbs, how can we lose weight ?
It has taken 7 years for my husband to now only eating meat once in a while but dairy and eggs have been out of his life for years, it has definitely been a struggle for him because he feels unpolite when he has to refuse food, when we are visiting others and his parents.
Would have been a lot more enjoyable interview if it wasnt marred by someone eating during the interview.
Is Barnard Medical planning on coming to Minnesota? Awesome show btw
thank you for sharing,
Great interview with Ester.
We're herbivores, guys. …Any doubts, check worldwide demographics on health and longevity, and the relationship to a plant based diet.
My husband and I, 82 and 79, have very recently (one week almost…lol) started WFPB. I have many issues and a bad back that surgery did not help and only made things worse for me. Esther's experience has been wonderful and gives us much hope to be successful too despite our ages! Thank you for sharing.
Once you get rid of salt, sugar and oil, you lose the cravings.
As per usual, Chuck is super loud and you can barely hear other guests. Please — FIX THE SOUND!!
@Cynthia Bartz. I can't tell a difference in physical or mental wellbeing. I really like eating this way, quite a relief that all that grease is gone. is gone
Chuck, the introduction is TOO LOOOOOONG.
She should have shown her pictures before and after
Greetings! This is what I need to hear because my doctor told me I needed knee surgery too, but I am 100 pounds over weight and I have to lose it before they can do the surgery. I have decided to go vegan to lose this weight. Started three months ago, so far I dropped 10 pounds, getting there slowly.
Wow. Thank you sooo much for sharing your experience. So inspiring, you look so great.
Love your show but many of us know covid testing isnt accurate and creates a lot of false positives
great to hear her story
she's welcome back anytime

I've been attempting vegan gradually at 71, and I already feel so great. I rarely eat meat, but do perhaps once a week (I still have some things in my freezer). The first two weeks were challenging, but so worth it. I would never go back. Can't wait until there's no more meat in my freezer.
Well done Esther! The background music/noise is very annoying Chuck! 🙂
Omgsh. I’m only 47 and can’t seem to get it together to lose these extra 45 lbs I’m carrying… this is inspiring and motivational for sure. 👏👏
I started, again, January, whole food plant based sos and lost 25 pounds at 75 years now. My wife refuses the diet and will NOT give up her chocolate chips she eats by the bag!
Very inspiring!! She looks fantastic and so glad she feels so amazing! Thats living!💜🙏
I would never take a vaccine for a virus people have a 99.7% chance of recovering from…
I would never eat those processed meat substitutes.. I use Beans, tempeh, tofu and legumes for my protein… no processed foods.. or at least no processed Meat substitutes…
Those Coronavirus numbers have been inflated.. I have not had any fear of a virus people have a 99.7% chance of recovering from… this virus is all political…
I’m 72 and after reading Dr Will Bulsiewicz book I feel I’m educated enough to go vegan… my son is vegan but he eats pizza and junk food and he does not have a good diet as far as I can see… if I go vegan I want to make sure I don’t have deficiencies of any kind.. I will take a vitamin B12 capsule daily…
This is amazing I bought some goodies to eat all week 🥰
Ive been 98% LFWFPB for about 8 years. My husband thinks it’s all hype and that my relatively good health in my early 60s is coz I’ve got good genes and he has horrible ones. This view is of course reinforced by the medics. He says that for the vegan movies that there are the people who say the opposite and back up their claims; humanity doesn’t know the truth. Not interested in doing ‘an experiment’ coz the food is horrible and continues to make pointed anti-meat eating comments which he considers humour, as well as tempting me with refined foods. Just as well I enjoy eating this way or I’d have abandoned it years ago. Hang in there ‘loners’, it’s worth it. 🤗
Thank you for sharing your story. My mom is in her seventies so this is perfect. You look wonderful.
