Fantastic video guys, right up my ally. I've been a vegetarian 16 years now and there are so many choices out there. In N Y , there are so many options for soy based and vegetarian products that you really dont miss the meat. Beyond burger is fantastic, don't know if it's in T & T. I make stew lamb, curry fish, chicken wontons, steaks….so much amazing stuff. The name of the brand is Vege Farm. Lots of can soy products available also like the ones Leah prepared. Leah did a great job with it. So enjoy your fasting….it's a very interesting vegetarian world today !!

You all should try the vege hot dog from pricesmart ,cut up and fry separately (before adding to tomatoes)and then prepare your tomatoes with sausage as you usually do,and som fry bake,its a great substitute for that fasting week.
