    Thank you, Chef AJ! I can ALWAYS count on you to meet life enhancing people! I loved Nina’s presentation and her powerful story. I just subscribed to her YouTube channel…inspired to integrate some exercise in my life!
    (I personally had to focus on changing the food first…which I did in whole heartedly in September 2021. )

    Although I never feel like I “have it under my belt”, I have developed great new habits around cooking, preparing , and supporting my body with food AND I’m now ready to EASE into the movement portion of self care.
