This is such a versatile food. You make it, freeze it, then you want soup? You can make with these. Yalancı mantı(fake mantı/meatless meat ravioli)? just boil and pour mantı dressing over it. Meals? Do what she did here. Mom loves them as they're quite the saver.

Looks delicious. Central Americans make the little dumplings that look exactly like the ones you made but from corn masa and cheese which are then fried. And are then added to a vegetable soup of carrots and potato’s. It’s called capirotada soup. Very delicious, too. 🌹

Hii Refika and team, i love Turkish food, culture and people….I'm an Indian girl and I can say we have many similarities in our cooking…in India I'm from a place called Gujrat and in gujrat we make RASIYA DHOKLA ….which is bit similar…. If anyhow I visit Istanbul would like to cook it for you guys…. You are going such great job team !!

Refika, do you know how to make Turkish dessert like a pudding made with wheat kernel,date molasses (bekmez),garbanzo bean, walnuts,dry fruit (fig& apricot),barley…. I remember cinnamon taste…I don’t remember the exact name… originally from Aksheheer… My grandmother used to make when I was young…called something like Ali pudding??? Not sure… I don’t remember exact name. Would be good if you can figure it out and teach us how to make it.Greetings from USA 🇺🇸
