OMG! I made this dish this weekend. It’s off the chart delicious. Nothing beats fresh lemongrass and Lime Leaves. You have to use those. You know how people make every single one of Ina Garten’s recipe. My goal is to make every single of your recipe. There is not one that he failed me so far😜😃. Also, ppl should check their LDL level after eating every one of Ina’s recipe even if it’s over the course of months.🤣🤣
So, the curry powder you use is a blend of all those listed in comments. I would like to blend up some but I am unsure of the ratios. Should I just use equal parts of each. Thanks in advance. Love every recipe I’ve tried so far and have now put your cook book on my birthday present idea list
Made this today, with your soup recipe as well(without the cashew egg though :)). Added some coriander seeds (instead of curry powder) and some ginger along with galangal. Used red thai chillies, as I had them and needed to use them. Didn't have red bean paste too. Still it came out very delicious. I did special shopping to get all those special ingredients :). Thank you for making these vegan recipes. It is not easy to find vegan or vegetarian recipes like these that taste good as well. Now I can cook this Curry noodle soup with absolute confidence :-). Thank you!!
I tried this today and it turned out amazing . I dont have kefir leaves or the miso sauce u added. I added egg curry masala and it was awesome. I baby gave a thumbs up too !!!
