Real question. How much do you work out? You look like you are a slender build type to begin with. Reason I ask is because your photo looks like 8% or less body fat and that’s usually hard to maintain regardless of diet without a ton of exercise.

Endurace, isometrics and strenght + plant based diet = lot of energy for your job, school, college, hobbies ect. Hypetrophy A.K.A. building muscle is only a side effect if you want athletic looking body and being a huge bodybuilder just means less energy, less productivity and more money to spend on food. Keep it simple as you said. I hope you will gain more subscribers. 💪🌿

Thanks for sharing that. I only see grease from my olive oil when it comes to meat. That is something I will reconsider since I don't like cleaning it. Its my main source of fat along with Veganase, Nuts/Seeds and GF Butter. Thanks for sharing!!

Red Pill looking ripped AF! I eat whole food vegan no refines oil but I can never loose that last bit. I probably just need to track my macros better because I over indulge every day. Maybe I need to do more HIIT and stop being lazy!
