Turned out great. Loved it. I ended up having to make a double batch of the filling because I ran out. I have a high powered blender but it still had a hard time with the cashews so I pounded them out when I made the second batch. I鈥檇 recommend doing this or soaking them as suggested. Coffee grinder would probably work also. Would definitely recommend this recipe! 馃憤
Looks delicious. I am traveling and wonder can the filling be made ahead, not packing my blender, and stored for a couple days before assembly? Thanks so much

Note: If you're using a newer Vitamix, it likely has a wider base than the one he's using. You may have to double the cheese recipe to make to make it work otherwise the blade is too high to perform correctly.
Ok jalape帽os are a bit hotter than I'm used to, but I made them (with confidence, naturally) and ate the 6 halves I made (not stupid!) Nice tingle around my teeth and tonsils but thankfully not as hot as I was expecting. The rest of the mix has stuffed some mushrooms, which are in the oven now, and a bit left over for corn chips. Lovely, would make again. Thanks Wil x
