I love you make your own veggie broth – this is what I use in place of oil. Store bought veggie broth usually has yeast which I cannot have.
I will try to find organic, low-sodium, enchilada sauce. Yummy – Oh I can't eat it b/c it has oil and sugar in it.
You love your mushrooms.
That is great you sautΓ© in water b/c I no longer use any oils.
This was a great topic b/c I see this is the #1 excuse people use to not transition from SAD to Plant-Based.
You are such a doll! I love this.
Wow! All of these meals look absolutely delicious. I think I'm going to make all of them. You provide some very interesting and unique vegan recipes compared to some of the other vegan channels. I get so much inspiration from watching your videos.
Excellent meals and shopping π
Your skin is beautiful. I'm just learning this. Thank you for educating me. I'm excited to start the healthy journey
The oil especially saffower oil is not needed. parchment paper is wonderful and a touch of water. I am still a big fan.. I just change around a few things. Nice, Chanty π
I make my own broth as well in the instant pot. You cook yours for an hour!? I usually only do mine for 16 minutes or so. I'll have to try an hour. May be that its more flavorful?
Really good video. I see many budget videos that are unhealthy. I am glad I came across yours
Hi I love your videos and I'm new to eating vegan I'm also very new to my instant pot. I don't understand what a quick release is. when you're doing the recipe and you say I'm going to do a quick release could you explain how to do that please

Very inspirational that people of all income levels can eat this healthy.
After this year of inflation, these seem like 1990s prices
Me, living in Alaska and looking at the prices of your food…a bag of cuties or carton of Oatmeal is $7 up here lol ππ¬
Your meals look delicious! I will be making them this next week.
I love to watch your videos.
We don't have an Aldi in Maine, but it was still really interesting seeing what you paid last year for things. What a difference a year makes! I'm going to try more of your recipes as I work to convince my husband to go plant based as well.
A tip I just learned yesterday: donβt press your tofu. Cut it how you need it, then BOIL it in salt water for 3 minutes then drain. Season and cook how you like, or donβt cook again.
Mind blown!!!
Edit: I learned this from SauceStache
/Thank you for sharing I love starched so hopefully you still include them in you meal prep and reciepe. Wish you all the best….
Excellent!! Thank you for doing this! My husband and I are new to plant based eating so seeing a grocery haul and actual recipes and how to make them is sooo helpful!
It's a good idea to buy a case of canned goods one each time you go to the store. One week a case of chickpeas. One week a case of black beans. Etc.π
Great vid, but so much plastic π ALDI need to change it up big time
Thank you for your videos, yes more please– like all of your recipes, I am definitely going to make veggies broth, the sauce, and veg bowl!
So creative! Why doesn't this channel have more subs?
That potato chowder soup looks amazing! I need to make that asap!
So good just plain yummy .
Maybe time to update the Aldi's haul pricesπ
oh hun i LOVE your videos! i especially love how you shop! Wow! you dont buy junk and you got such bargains! Youre a great cook too but you forgot one thing in the instant pot soup the first night…SOME OF THOSE AMAZING 99C POTATOES!! (i'd be tossing them in everythingggg!) lol
Wow! That potato π₯ deal! So great for a budget!
I personally dont like garbanzo beans. never have. i keep trying but cant stomach them. So I replace them with other beans instead. I love your recipies!
Good vid thanks, compared USD prices with NZD prices and the spend for me is $157 NZD, equivalent to $110 USD. Wish we had Aldi here, in the past year cost of food has sky rocketed in NZ
Just wrote down the recipe for the soups…I'm so excited to try them. I love that you use an instant pot. I like using mine the clean up is so easy.
Continue with the meal prep. I get so many ideas from you
I wish prices were like that here in Vancouver Canada π
I'm new to your channel and love it. Totally new to this way of eating and you make it simple and great meal prep . . . thanks for sharing!
Leave the garlic whole and in its skin when you roastβ¦it comes out sweet and flavorful for the pasta π
Step up your dressing game with a few fresh herbsβ¦.dill, cilantro, parsley π
how did you find a vegan bf??
πβ€
