You should try sautéing the onions in a cast iron pan.

It's a shame you didn't add lemon zest to that salad, Dillon. The zest is the most nutritious part of a lemon. It's loaded with limonoids and limonene — some of the strongest anti-cancer agents in the plant kingdom. They're anti-inflammatory and anti-viral. Try making a scrumptious "mocktail" by adding the juice and zest of a lemon along with a tablespoon or two of black vinegar to a tall glass of beet juice. Yes. Zest the whole lemon. Your cooking show was great 👍. I’m from Australia and we deal in Metric, so if say,bread shows X amount of grams per 100g of sugar,do I just multiply that by 5 to get the total amount for 500g which is equivalent to your 1lb??
