Hey Amanda π This entire day looks like 500 g of tofu, that may be a bit too much of soy, based on the info that I found daily recommended amount shouln't exceed 255g to 425g.
You seem like youβre wanting meat and dairy, looking at your meals. I think your body is craving it, because plants donβt have over 15 micronutrients found in meat. Veganism is malnutrition, as an ex-vegan. I would advise you to quit.
That's the way to make tofu scramble. Adding extra moisture and cooking it for some timeis game0changing in terms of texture so I am not surprised your boyfriend managed to make you like it with this version!

I like my tofu scramble very dry lol. Thereβs two different versions of scrambles though, British (wet, not cooked as long) and American (dry, probably over cooked).
