Loved this video as always…this is quite a niche request so I understand if you don't do it…but I am moving from the UK to Brisbane/Gold Coast in Jan & would love to see your recommendations for vegan food, cafe, restaurants, markets, shops etc.
this is a bit of a random suggestion but i also play netball at dinnertime and i've found what works for me is cooking dinner before the game and just eating half of it before the game, and then having the rest when i get home! that way you're not too full before the game or forcing down a full dinner earlier than you want, and you're only having a light meal to eat once you get home so it doesnt keep you up digestingggg π
