Are you suffering from Herpes I'm so happy I'm cured from HSV after using Doctor alued on YouTube herbal🌿 tea search him on YouTube #doctoralued
Bread meal: combine 350 grams of hot water with some yeast and mix by hand, in a large bowl. Add 300 grams of whole wheat flour and mix by hand. Let sit 45 minutes after covering with something (plate, towel, whatever). Wash hands and then fold the dough a few times. No extra flour is needed. Wait 45 minutes, then back for 1 hour 45 minutes. Halfway, flip the loaf (if in a bread maker). Add salt to taste when eating.
Pasta and black beans: cook 7 ounces of whole wheat pasta measured dry. Drain, then add 15.25 ounces of can of no salt black beans. Add 2 ounces of hand shredded spinach and mix with spoon. Add cayenne pepper and salt to top. Microwave after adding beans, if desired.
I eat these meals every single day, and add some fruit and vegetables to meet nutrition requirements.
one small note, pasta with alfredo sauce is not the best example, as pasta is a processed food (most often from white flour), and nut sauce is high on fats, isn't it docs?
😉
What about all the lectins in all these bean recommendations???
Simply not eating breakfast helped me more than anything. Eating more plant based helped me even more.
I love vegan recipes but I'll admit I cheat. If it calls for scrambled tofu I use eggs. Vegan recipes are just healthier!! I also use tuna, mackerel and salmon. Sorry, not sorry.
Crazy how your pallat changes when you go vegan. Awesome
it’s really a great idea to ask this simple question of people who have spent a lot of time thinking about WFPB nutrition – thank you!
Is there another similar video out there, anyone? Just a general question about what people like to eat? I’m trying to gather ideas and experiment with recipes.
I need help, I am 68 and unhealthy. I want to eat like this but I have a couple issues needing help with. (1) I do not have teeth……(2) I can't eat soy ….. and I do NOT want mush!
I did a whole food plant based diet about four years ago. I failed a few times due to cravings but I finally succeeded to stay on it and after about six months I had lost 45 pounds. My depression even seemed to go away after several weeks. Unfortunately, I let myself fall off the diet and gained back the weight. But I’m going to do it again. My obstacle is salad dressings. Balsamic vinegars get old after a few days. I just bought Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s cookbook and hopefully the salad dressing recipes in there will help me out. I really want to succeed this time as I’m pre-diabetic and 55 years old. My significantly younger fiancé and I want to enjoy a long and active life together. She’s super supportive and will eat the same as me even though she’s not over weight and is quite healthy. Cooking at home always and never eating out I think will be key for my success, especially in the first several months. I’m totally open to anyone’s advice.
I love vegan bolognese with bell pepper, zucchini, mushroom and carrot, you can have it with baked potato or pasta. I also love to make korma curry with mixed vegetables, chickpeas tofu and rice.
I generally liked this video. What seemed to help me is watching my lectins intake. For example, I loved quinoa but not the bloated feeling. Maybe it's just me. The other salvation is the instant pressure cooker.
Dr. Barnard made his whole staff take toxic vaccinations to keep their jobs… I really don’t know if I trust his opinion on anything else. I mean it’s great to promote a plant-based diet but if you want your staff to be harmed that’s not so great. I don’t think he can be trusted. And I certainly wouldn’t work for him.
Jesus Christ is God incarnate who came to earth to be born and live a perfect life, a sinless life. (He is one person of the Trinity, consisting of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; one God in three persons not three Gods.) Jesus then gave Himself up to be crucified and died to pay for the sins of the whole world. My sin, your sin, the sins of everybody. 3 days later He was resurrected. He now offers salvation to all who will turn from their sin and trust Him to save them from eternity in hell. He paid our debts because we couldn't, but we have to trust Him to do it. I cannot add anything to what He has done (not even baptism). I cannot do enough good to take even a year off of my death sentence in hell. The sentence is a never ending one, because I have sinned against an eternal God. But Jesus took my punishment, He saved me, and offers that same salvation to you. I am praying for you.
all these vegan doctors skin is so nice and glowy! this is the first thing i notice about vegans. they have such a healthy looking skin.
My favorite food is any kinds of plant based food with coconut milk on it.
Question. Do canned beans work for this diet?
Lots of wonderful tips. I was on a diet study years ago and got bored with my restricted diet. Discovered that Trader Joe's French lentils and spaghetti sauce was a great combination (to me!). Still have lentils and tomatoes occasionally.
This is inspiring. Sometimes I run out of idea so I need to see what people at. I love avocado sushi, too.
i was wondering about salt! I do not add salt to my food for the last 4 weeks and my BP dropped by 15 pts. Do i need to add salt to my food? I thought the human body needs salt to survive.
Yum! So many of my favorites – quinoa, rice and lentils with lots of veg!
ALL seaweed is out since Fukashima. The entire Pacific Ocean is a radioactive superfund site.
