    I like that calendar on your fridge as well. What a brilliant way to organize the week, not to mention the contents of the fridge. I'm a little guilty of having something push to the back and then discovering it after it's turned.

    Just made a batch of millet today! Can’t wait to try that cake like breakfast! Thank you for taking the time to post videos and Instagram reels so often. It’s been so helpful and I have completely transitioned to this way of eating. Love the meal prepping so I’m not eating junk when I get hungry. This is a very easy way to eat everyday!

    I really can't put into words how thankful I am for you, I never thought I would waking up craving veggies and rice and not being afraid to binge at night and it makes my life so much better. My questions, how so you practice mindful eating while being a mum to a beautiful baby cause I really struggle with that. 2nd one, my little boy starts solids soon and he'll be plant based too, any tipps or things you think are really important?
