Taylor do you cook every meal at mealtime everyday? Or do you prep some in advance? I’m trying to cook more, but I’m still getting use to it. Did you ever feel unsatisfied/tired after eating? That’s the biggest issue I seem to have even if I eat a big amount.

I just love your channel! I love how you don’t over complicate the starch solution and your eating. Keeping it very simple makes it easier. I do want to ask a few questions maybe you can address or maybe I may have missed in other videos. 1) Did you experience and hair loss/thinning going plant based? 2) what supplements do you take if any since you started your plant based lifestyle.

I have been loving plain baked potatoes and barley soup lately. Just barley, carrots, celery onions, in a ginger & turmeric broth. The soup really helped me get off the fat-loss plateau that I was stuck on for several months.
