    Your videos help me so much! I watch them as I work out and I also find I’ve. Even better at turning down spur of the moment cravings by recalling things you say. Like am I really hungry? Would I eat broccoli right now? Or I also remind my self what I have waiting at home when I get there. I keep remembering your talks about calorie density as well. Thank you so much! I’ve lost 5 lbs this past week and it seemed effortless!

    the pesto pasta and cabbage looks good. I'd like to do something a bit like this. I can't do any restrictions so I wouldn't be plant based at this time, but I've been losing weight by keeping full on low calorie soups and things like that. I'd like to incorporate big serves of veggies but I'm using meal deliveries because I'm just too exhausted to cook with a baby and my health issues. But keeping full on low calorie high fibre things really does help a lot

    I just found your video and really loved watching how you got the calories down. I so enjoyed your realistic way of eating, making the best of left overs and cooking up the beans etc. One of my fav meals is oats, apple and hummus. Beans go so well with fruit.     Love your videos your wonderful I'm a mom of 4 new to veganism almost a year absolutely love it!, Wish I had started sooner!…(I always hesitated no one in my family is vegan thought it would be too hard but one day I said this is for me and what I can do in a small part and was the best thing and it hasn't been so difficult) Trying to get all my kids (there older 6-16) on board as well as husband it's been a struggle…😊 I love how you eat your beans so versatile I would love to see a video on how you cook them for multiple uses (I've only eaten them as dinner over rice love that you eat them with everything)
