I like to put beyond meat jerky in my ramen. I think it is too hard to enjoy by itself, but it sort of re-hydrates in the ramen broth and it's pretty tasty that way.

I like the Louisville jerky better too. I tried the beyond meat teriyaki flavor and It was way too chewy and tasted like how dog food smells

Btw that happens to chocolate when it’s over cooked! White chocolate burns very easily. I know you can melt chocolate in the microwave but a double boiler is def better to prevent that
The chips have a preservative in them to keep them in the chip shape, so they’re notoriously difficult to melt and drizzle 😠
