    Thank you for your bravery, I have been a diabetic since I was 8, cancer, hypothyroidism, Ms, osteroporosis, raynauds, hair loss, chronic fatigue, and so much more. Like you, I'm now leaning towards what I can do, to stop the pain, both mentally, and physically. I love you for sharing your story. Namasta

    My narcolepsy doctor once asked what i ate, and the told me to eat better, but never said what better is.. and at that time and still am, rarely eat fast food and candies.. and workout frequent..
    Best thing i found out was keto..
    (To me plant based and keto isn’t that big different, both is should be, whole foods and when eating carbs, it contains bunch of fiber, but keto has a limit of about 25g net carbs)

    Wow!! Literally the minute you started eating WFPB you looked brand new! I saw it right away. I love how you fought so hard!! Brings tears to my eyes. I have been WFPB almost 2 years. My entire outlook is different now. My new friends are here in these videos! ❤

    Interesting. I had a ruptured appendix earlier this year. Happened when I tried keto. Makes me think there’s a correlation!

    I've been WFPB for 7 years. But was your appendicitis and sepsis caused by the keto and carnovore diet? Saying you don't want to trigger people….that's a good start, hahaha.

    Thank you for making this video. I have structural issues with my spine and pelvis, sciatica, and POTS. Like you I accept that I will have some physical limitations – I can't un-twist my pelvis and straighten my spine, but I'm not prepared to accept that all of my current symptoms are permanent. I've just started my third or fourth time of going whole food plant based with my diet. I know it's the best I can do for myself, and for everyone who supports me. Your video will help keep me going.

    13 year cancer survivor myself and WFPB is the way to go. I have major pain from severe osteoporosis in my pelvis from radiation . Ditch the sugar , processed and refined foods , oils. Please just eat real food!!

    If you want to do this diet properly and feel ALL the benefits, you should cut out all oils as well. I have Rheaumatoid Arthritis, was literally crippled with pain. Took meds for a year which made me depressed and the pain didn't go away. Then found "Clint Paddison" on a youtube Ted Talk, did his diet program and have never looked back. Pain free and meds free for 5 years. Good luck people!

    I was very sick and a Vegan entered my life to show me the torture that happens to innocent animals & I went Vegan. My 6 yr Insomnia went away. My liver healed. I actually forgot I once had arthritis. My joint pains gone. I was pre diabetic- healed. I lost 4 dress sizes. I felt so energised I wanted to start running. No more brain fog. I LOVE being Vegan, my body & life healed. My compassion healed my life. I'm now 63 & 8 yrs Vegan. I Love my food which feels so healthy 🙏💚🙏
    I'm glad so many people are finding out – We are Herbivores & that's why we heal when we stop poisoning our bodies with dead decaying flesh, breast milk for baby cows & chicken ovulation

    At one time I was on 82 pills a day. They have built me back up again to 22 pills a day.
    Being WFPB has been very helpful in managing my conditions.
    Also look at removing gluten from your diet. It can cause inflamation.

    Appendix has nothing to do with eating meat? Wheat has gluten which causes stomach bloating and leaky gut syndrome

    😢 I’ve been struck with long covid, I had covid virus twice and after the first time I had sudden vomiting and digestive problems, second time similar to mild guillian barre nerve damage steering pain and partial paralysis. I’m 8 months out now but still struggling to walk and stand.
    I was doing 15000 steps a day challenge prior to this and I’d say active and vegan for 9 years.
    I’ve been doing my own research about diet and things, have you come across the dr John mcdougall starch solution or dr Brooke Goldner green smoothie stuff???? Yeast extract is the best place to get b12 if you don’t want to supplement.
    Getting omega 3s and eating loads of greens?
