Glad to see someone NOT soaking thier Cashew… they aw sooo soft already they do not need soaking and further, you def lose alot of the flavor and when blended you get a much fluffier texture if the had been soaked… soo. I suppose for making fluffy pie or desert type dish then soaking is the way to go.. but for dressings and normal cooking unsoaked isbest .. either way they are still delish. π―
