Dude looks so fragile it makes me sad. My dad is 79 and looks hella younger and healthier. My dad eats fish and chicken mostly as protein but some veggies too.
Tom can I please ask what you think of protein because I weight train 3x a week for a good 90mins each time and intensive/heavy and feel this really helps my back, bones etc. I prefer this training than shorter sessions more often (I also hike, yoga other days)… I keep getting told I need protein as it helps repair everything and I’m eating fruit mostly and salad on an evening. What are your thoughts on this please? Would really appreciate as you are so knowledgeable on this.
Could you also do “what I eat in a day” so I can get more ideas please…do you eat salads for instance ?

I have a suggestion. Please, would you like to share your knowledge and the difference between the impacts of fructose and glucose on the pancreas? Most people still do not understand. I think it would be advisable to do a video on this subject. May peace be with you. Thank you
I am 35 and only eat or drink fruits. I can tell you that I am more energized than I have ever been. I wake up on time every day; I have energy all day and night. I feel lighter, and I am planning to keep it up like this. My stomach feels empty at all times. I do no more food, starches, sugar none of that. Really, only fruits Sometimes I get to eat vegetables or make a soup. I've only been doing it for two months. I just wanted to share this with all of you.
