    ✅️ Altough the whole video he made is laughable, he nailed at least one part: vitamin B12, vitamin D3 and omega 3 are supplements that not only vegans should be concerned about. Vitamin D3 deficiency is especially prone in colder countries. Omega 3 from algae should also be a concern for non vegans, since omega 3 is usually found in foods that people do not eat in abundance (like fish, algae etc). B12 is an interesting topic. Vegans should without a question supplement it but also non vegans can be deficient in B12. B12 gets either added to the food the animals eat, they inject it into animals or they give the animals a multi-vitamin. Even if you are a non-vegan, always check your vitamin B12 levels since that can become an even bigger problem as we age.
