    I went vegan couple of weeks ago after fully stopped eating dairy, processed/junk foods, bad snacks, eggs, milk, and coffee. Improved my health with good digest and losing good weight. Its good for not only for the health, its good for the brain. Also there was an small research back in 1997 in San Bernardino Prison where the warden tested 200 inmates who went vegan and after couple of weeks, they started making better decisions by learning how to read, write and do bible studies which drastically improved their mental behavior.

    Congrats! I heard that you shouldn't boil/cook miso because then it the benefits of it being fermented will be lost, have you ever heard of that? If so then adding miso in the end might be a solution?

    I have been vegan since Jan 1, 2022. I was vegetarian for over a year prior to that. I am so glad I finally made that change. I am 57 now and it was way past time. My husband is not vegan but does enjoy some things that I make. My oldest son who is on the autism spectrum is eating a lot more plant based and I would not be surprised if he doesn’t decide to be totally vegan in the near future.

    that pumpkin mac thoooo 🫢 I have all the ingredients and I will be making that tonight. Everything looked awesome, including your decor 🍁 vegan for almost 8yrs now!! wow it flew by!! I always admired people that would say they've been vegan for one, two or ten years. and I can't believe I've made it this far.🌱 After the first six months, it was a breeze tbh. So anyone out there thinking about exploring veganism, I highly recommend, just stick with it for a few months because there is a learning curve. That being said, it's been a really fun journey, I feel like I got to (and still am) experiencing so much fun with new vegan products coming out literally every day- restaurants, grocery items, toiletries & beauty items (totally going to take advantage of that native offer btw), clothing items. I'm sure others feel the same but it's just been life changing in the best fucking way, and it feels extremely fulfilling to make conscious decisions in my everyday life. I've never felt more "myself". Vegan for the animals, health, the planet. ❀
