This is hands down the best recipe ever! I'm using it to make vegan breakfast burritos.
Tried and it came out really good
Whenever I try to pan fry tofu crumbled like that it stays soft, it's doesn't crisp up (maybe the edges, but it's stil soft, even though it's firm), any advice?
I made this the other day and can't stop thinking about it! So delicious! Will be a staple for sure!
To get the hyper red color, I doubled up on the sauce/marinade. This is very tasty and meal prep perfect 🙌🏿 Thank you!
It looks amazing! But I got one question; for what reason did you leave out salt? Because I would think that that is an important ingredient here?
Definitely gonna give this recipe a try 🙂
I think that a Spanish person would have a heart attack to see paella combined with Mexican style chorizo.
Yummy!!
I want to try this. I used to get a product called Soyrizo from Trader Joe’s that was made with soy, that was pretty high in sodium, so I’d much rather make my own. Would the flavors intensify if you let it marinate for several hours like some other baked tofu recipes call for?
Oh yumm.👍💖
When I pressed onto this I thought it was actual meat! It looks amazing 🤩
I never thought of making chorizo out of tofu. Very good idea 💡😀
